Fall's Great

This fall seems more intense this year. The colors are more vivid. The wet summer has really changed things I think. Normally my crab apple loses its leaves in september....they are still on and they are still green...I've seen them change as early as august.

So here's this great tree down the road from me that I gawk at every year because of its brilliance. I finally took the time to shoot it.

digging up the old stuff for digital archiving has been a monstrous task with some interesting moments of "wow I forgot about that"...sitting in the urn at Frank Llloyd Wright's Unity Temple, Salisbury Cathedral, my friend Dan and I driving across country...heres a few I have blown up...

Toyota done

Hoselton Toyota had the ribbon cutting...very amusing.

The design comes out of Toyota's national image campaign...I won't mention the architect since he snubbed me on the way out.

Anyway we really just had to figure out how to fit the mask on these buildings. It came out better than I thought. The Owner played a heavy role and made a lot of changes on the fly. They broke away from the national design heavily on the interors...some works some doesn't.

I think I ended up more of the permit dog on this one than I thought but...it was an amusing project in some ways.

The panels we used were required by Toyota..they are pretty cool and really expensive. I did not think they would be so reflective. Hense the cloud shot. They have been selling out of their toyota shipment pretty quickly.

what really happened to rennaissance square??

We had a team meeting to "celebrate" the completion of Rennaissance Square...I summarized our discussions in something that reads like a poem...

Well the Loud Family Blog got to be so much fun that it was time to add to the hysteria with yet another blog. This one wil be more egocentric, creative and well...let's just see what happens.

This one will be more orange for sure.
